3. How We Use Information

• Respond to plumbing service requests, BendFlow Protect applications, and customer questions.
• Schedule and confirm appointments and send technician-arrival, service-status, invoice, payment, and account notices.
• Evaluate plumbing needs, prepare estimates, perform authorized work, and maintain service records.
• Administer BendFlow Protect applications, memberships, inspections, benefits, billing, and communications.
• Send post-service follow-up and review requests to customers for whom BendFlow Plumbing performed work.
• Send promotional or marketing communications only when the recipient has provided the consent required for that communication.
• Maintain consent and opt-out records, prevent unwanted messages, improve our services, and comply with legal, tax, accounting, insurance, safety, and recordkeeping obligations.

4. Text Messages and SMS Consent

Providing a mobile number for a service request, estimate, application, or customer record does not by itself enroll that number in promotional text messages. Where consent is required, BendFlow Plumbing will request it separately through an unchecked checkbox, a written form, a keyword, or another documented opt-in method.

Depending on the consent provided, BendFlow Plumbing may send service-related messages such as appointment confirmations, reminders, technician-arrival notices, job updates, billing or membership notices, and requested follow-up. Promotional messages may include service reminders, BendFlow Protect information, or special offers when the customer has separately opted in.

Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of purchasing plumbing services or joining BendFlow Protect. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out and HELP for help.

5. Mobile Information Is Not Shared for Marketing

BendFlow Plumbing does not sell, rent, or share mobile telephone numbers, SMS opt-in information, or text-message consent with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Any categories of information sharing described elsewhere in this policy exclude text-message originator opt-in data and consent, except that this information may be provided to vendors acting on our behalf to deliver or administer BendFlow Plumbing messages, or when disclosure is required by law.

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to our business. However, no website, email system, text-message system, or internet transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

• Reply STOP to opt out of text messages from the applicable BendFlow Plumbing messaging program.

• Use any unsubscribe link provided in a marketing email.
