1. BendFlow Protect Program
BendFlow Protect is a plumbing maintenance and membership program offered by BendFlow Plumbing. It is designed to provide preventive plumbing care, priority scheduling, a monthly eligible-labor benefit, member labor savings, and an ongoing plumbing service relationship for the enrolled property.
2. Membership Pricing
Memberships are advertised as starting at $39 per month, plus applicable taxes. The final monthly price is based on the plumbing systems and complexity of the enrolled property and is confirmed before enrollment. Factors may include the number of bathrooms, water heaters, tankless equipment, filtration or conditioning systems, well-water systems, pumps, kitchens, detached plumbing, guest houses, pool houses, or other plumbing systems.
3. Taxes
Membership fees and other charges are subject to applicable sales and use taxes when required by North Carolina or other applicable law. Taxes are added to the customer's charge rather than included in the advertised starting price. The amount of tax may vary based on the service location, the nature of the charge, and applicable state, county, local, or transit tax rates.
4. Application and Enrollment
Submitting a BendFlow Protect application does not activate a membership and does not itself create a contract. BendFlow Plumbing reviews the application and may request additional information or a Home Plumbing Review before confirming membership pricing and enrollment.
No payment is collected through the public BendFlow Protect application form. Membership begins only after BendFlow Plumbing confirms the applicable price, the required enrollment documents are accepted, and the enrollment process is completed.
5. Initial Membership Term
BendFlow Protect begins with a 12-month initial membership term. After the initial term, continuation, renewal, billing, and cancellation are governed by the final BendFlow Protect Membership Agreement provided during enrollment.
6. Monthly Eligible-Labor Benefit
During each active membership month, the member receives up to one hour of eligible plumbing labor for the enrolled property.
- The monthly labor benefit resets each membership month.
- Unused time does not roll over or accumulate.
- The included 60-minute period begins when the BendFlow technician arrives at the enrolled property.
- Diagnosis, testing, repair labor, and necessary time obtaining parts during the service visit may count toward the included hour.
- If eligible work continues beyond the available included hour, additional eligible labor is billed at member pricing.
7. Member Labor Discount
Active BendFlow Protect members receive 15% off additional eligible labor after the included monthly labor benefit has been used, subject to the final Membership Agreement and applicable service pricing.
8. Parts, Materials, and Other Charges
Parts, materials, fixtures, equipment, permits, specialty services, restoration, excavation, and other items are not included in the monthly eligible-labor benefit unless specifically stated in writing. Detailed inclusions, limitations, and exclusions are governed by the final Membership Agreement and any applicable service estimate or authorization.
9. Annual Home Plumbing Review
Active members are eligible for an Annual Home Plumbing Review. Depending on the property and safe accessibility, the review may include routine items such as water-pressure testing, toilet dye testing, accessible faucet aerator checks, visible supply-line and shutoff checks, water-heater inspection, accessible crawlspace review, minor stopper-area drain maintenance, and updated maintenance recommendations.
Limited Annual Minor Stopper-Area Drain Maintenance
Once each membership year, during the scheduled Annual Home Plumbing Review, BendFlow may remove accessible hair, soap residue, or light buildup from sink pop-up assemblies and tub or shower stoppers when the obstruction is located at the stopper or pop-up area and can be removed safely using routine hand tools during that visit.
- The maintenance is limited to accessible buildup located at the sink pop-up assembly or tub/shower stopper area.
- It is performed during the scheduled Annual Home Plumbing Review and does not create a separate yearly drain-cleaning visit.
- It does not include drain cabling or snaking, powered drain equipment, hydro-jetting, trap removal, concealed or downstream blockages, or main drain or sewer stoppages.
- Damaged pop-up assemblies, stoppers, drains, traps, or related components that require repair or replacement are handled under the signed Membership Agreement and a separate service authorization.

11. Priority Scheduling
Active members receive priority scheduling when available. Priority scheduling does not guarantee immediate, same-day, after-hours, or emergency service and remains subject to technician availability, service area, weather, safety, parts availability, and other operating conditions.
12. Property and Membership Eligibility
BendFlow Plumbing may require a Home Plumbing Review or additional information before enrollment. Pre-existing conditions, unsafe conditions, inaccessible systems, unusual plumbing configurations, commercial use, or other property conditions may affect eligibility, pricing, or service recommendations.
13. Pre-Existing Conditions
BendFlow Protect is intended for ongoing maintenance and service. Existing defects, known failures, active leaks, code issues, damaged systems, or other conditions present before enrollment may require repair, replacement, or correction before certain benefits can reasonably apply. Specific treatment of pre-existing conditions is governed by the final Membership Agreement.
14. Scheduling and Access
The member is responsible for providing reasonable, safe access to the property and plumbing systems. BendFlow Plumbing may decline or postpone work when access is unsafe, blocked, unsanitary, hazardous, or otherwise unsuitable for service.
15. Payment and Active Membership Status
Membership benefits are available only while the membership is active and in good standing. Recurring payment procedures, failed-payment handling, applicable taxes, suspension, termination, and re-enrollment are governed by the final Membership Agreement and the payment authorization used at enrollment.
16. Cancellation and End of Membership
Cancellation rights, obligations during the initial term, month-to-month continuation after the initial term, nonpayment, termination, and re-enrollment are governed by the BendFlow Protect Membership Agreement provided at enrollment.
17. No Insurance or Home Warranty Representation
BendFlow Protect is offered as a plumbing maintenance and membership program. It is not marketed as homeowners insurance, property insurance, or a general home warranty. Members should continue to maintain appropriate homeowners insurance and other coverage applicable to their property.
18. Service Authorization
Work outside the included monthly eligible-labor benefit may require separate customer authorization, pricing approval, or an estimate before work proceeds. Membership does not authorize BendFlow Plumbing to perform unlimited work or incur unlimited charges on the member's behalf.
19. Changes to the Program
BendFlow Plumbing may update future membership pricing, procedures, or program features as permitted by the applicable Membership Agreement and law. Changes affecting an existing member are governed by the agreement in effect for that member and any legally required notices.
20. Controlling Agreement
This webpage is intended to provide a clear public summary of BendFlow Protect. The final BendFlow Protect Membership Agreement accepted during enrollment is the controlling agreement. If any wording on this webpage conflicts with the signed Membership Agreement, the signed Membership Agreement controls to the extent permitted by law.
